Shipping policy

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Any orders received  Friday will be shipped on Monday. (Holidays are not included and this period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.)

The delivery times stated above are average times. There may be delays in international deliveries due to customs procedures. This situation is beyond our control and responsibility.

It is your responsibility to follow up on shipped orders.

The Rainbow Box Store cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these feels are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these feels may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.
